For any further enquiries on joining JAC, you would have to come down to our event booth to sign up as a member to pass you your card. Event booth will be announced on the forum so do come back from time to time to look for new updates!! Please leave comments on the forum too! You can share with us your experiences, give us feedback or areas to improve on. This way, it will not be a 1 way street! 2 way street increases the interaction and participants' enjoyment, i believe!

Hi li0014ne, I am not so sure but I think that during the upcoming Japanese Cultural Festival in NTU, you can sign up as member at one of the booth...

Dear Members of SMU Japanese Cultural Club, I am Hidetaka Yonemoto from Revamp Corporation. Excuse me for the sudden message. Our company currently works with the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry of Japan (METI) to promote Japanese contents overseas. And I am in charge of CoFesta Student Ambassador Program as of now. CoFesta Student Ambassadors are non-Japanese students who are appointed officially by the Japanese government to promote Japanese contents in their country and the rest of the world. Details are explained in the following article of JAPAN TIMES. www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2013/01/16/national/meti-taps-foreign-students-as-content-envoys/I am currently in Singapore to host a program in MANGA Festival in Singapore in the weekend with the help of Mr. Cheng Tju. singaporecomix.blogspot.sg/2013/02/manga-festival.htmlOther than the above the Ministry of Japan has requested to us to write a report about the Singapore consumer market regarding Japanese contents. So I am also here to connect with and make interviews to those people in Singapore who are interested in Japanese culture. (We have a plan to make a page of introducing your group!) Now, will it possible for me to meet your group sometime in the weekend? I will be happy to make a visit wherever you and your group are as we believe you all are people very important for the country! *On 15th (Fri), I will be in Mandarin Orchard from 14:00-19:30 and on 16th (Sat), I will be at Kinokuniya in Takashimaya from 11:00-19:00 so maybe we could meet there. www.mangafestival2013.com/ Also, I am free 10:00-12:00, 14:00-16:00, 18:00-20:00 on 17th (Sun). Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you. Regards, Hidetaka Yonemoto Revamp Corporation Facebook: www.facebook.com/hidetakayonemoto
